About Shelby Charles

I am a long-time resident of Delaware County and a member of TREND, the Multiple Listing Service for the surrounding counties and Philadelphia area for over 35 years.  My expertise is in the Delaware County area and part of Chester County.  I have completed courses in Real Estate Appraising, Real Estate Law, Construction, Financing, and Taxation at Widener University.  I am a graduate of Dale Carnegie and achieved the GRI designation and an Associate Broker License.  I have also achieved the CRS designation.  Since entering the Real Estate business in 1978, I have achieved the highest level of sales volume commission structure.  In order to ensure that I am knowledgeable with every aspect of the Real Estate Market, I continue to take courses relating to my selected field of business.
