She dealt with us living in a different state at the time and she would go look at homes for us and call us via Facetime. She worked at all hours of the day and even weekends for us. When we were able to come to the area she brought my kids snacks and toys to play with. She was wonderful to work with!

We were first time sellers after living in the same house for 35+ years. We had temporarily relocated to another state without any intention of selling when we did during a short visit to Pennsylvania. Shelby came highly recommended by a family friend. We connected with her on the phone from the West Coast once and in person when we visited Pennsylvania to see what the market was like IF we decide to sell. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining the process and her strategy when we met. We felt comfortable when she promised we would sell in 4 days and at the best price compared to what our neighborhood was selling for. Once we signed with her, she immediately did a bit of staging and had the photographer and photographs ready for selection in 2 days. The posting and appointments for showings followed 2 days later. Three days of multiple showing and an open house, because of the weekend, and we sold way beyond our asking price on the 4th day.
